Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming the great-great-grandson of T.B. Larimore, Mr. Daemon Anastas, to our campus! He accepted commendations from the Governor of Alabama—presented by President Rushing—recognizing his family’s contributions to the founding of Mars Hill Bible School. Mr. Anastas enjoyed visiting with teachers, coaches, chapel, and athletic events, and he expressed how pleased he was with the school’s continued focus on Larimore’s legacy. What a blessing to see his family’s connection to Mars Hill still alive today! 💙📖
