Robotics
MHBS offers a Kindergarten Coding Club, an Elementary Robotics Club for grades 1-4, and middle school Robotics for grades 5-8. The Kindergarten Coding club meets during the month of February. There is also a Robotics camp that meets during the summer. The students have the opportunity to learn about working together, programming, and the Engineering Design process. They use BeeBots, LEGO WeDo 2.0, Dash robots, and VEX Robots and participate in a series of Dash and VEX competitions throughout the school year. The “Bots on the Hill” competition is hosted annually on campus.
