New Year's Day Marked 150 Years of Mars Hill!

When T.B. Larimore gathered his first class of students at Mars Hill on a cold January day in 1871, he dreamed of an institution that would shine as a bright and burning light in our community and around the world. He dreamed of a school where every student could learn to make a difference in the world, receive an extraordinary education, and be led by the spirit of Christ. This year we celebrate 150 years of living that dream, and we honor the many men and women who have given their all to keep this dream alive.

These many years later, Mars Hill teachers and staff are still working hand in hand with parents to provide a quality education, rooted in Christian ideals, and to raise up committed, Christ-filled servant leaders who will make a difference in their own neighborhoods and around the world. We continue to encourage students to use their talents to the glory of God and for the betterment of their communities. Mars Hill students throughout the decades have learned genuine discipleship, to excel in their pursuits, and to grow hearts for service.

To help us secure the future for the next 150 years, will you honor someone who has been a part of the Mars Hill legacy?
