Grades TK-12

A registration fee of $100 per child is due with the application. After April 3, the registration fee for returning students will increase to $150 per child. Registration fees are non-refundable.


Applicants must be four years old by September 1, 2021.

Grades 2-12


  • Transfer students must supply a copy of report cards for last reporting period.

  • Satisfactory conduct records are required.

  • Students applying to enter MHBS through transfer should be in good standing (i.e., a 70 average or above in every academic subject and a record of cooperation with school policies) at the school from which they transfer.

  • All new students are on academic and conduct probation for one year and must maintain satisfactory academic, conduct, and work habits in order to be enrolled the following year.

  • Students and parents must agree to abide by school policies and regulations.



All students:

  1. Complete online enrollment application.

  2. Pay registration fee.


New and transfer students:

  1. Provide birth certificate (New and transfer students)

  2. Provide immunization certificate (New and transfer students)

  3. Provide copy of last report card. (New and transfer students)

  4. Participate in new student interview.

  5. Receive notification of admission.



Because Mars Hill must make financial plans based on enrollment figures available on June 1, 2021 for the 2020-21 term, fees and tuition are not refundable. Your completed application constitutes your contractual acceptance of these terms. Any withdrawal after June 1, 2021 must complete appropriate forms in the office of the appropriate principal and in the business office.
