MARS HILL BIBLE SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Members of the Mars Hill Bible School Board of Directors include (left to right) Mr. David Smith (vice-chairman), Mr. Marlon Rutherford, Mrs. Jackie Lewis, Mr. Jerry Crowell (chairman), Mr. Jeffrey Lawson, Mr. Dusty Wear, Mrs. Shannon Rickard, Mr. Cory Collins, Mr. Barry Jacobs and Dr. Todd Chastain. Not pictured are Mr. Charles Clark and Mr. Keith Medley. Board members are selected for seven-year terms. Traditionally, the chair will be in his/her sixth year on the Board and the vice-chair will be serving his/her fifth year. Board members serve on six committees (Auxiliary, Campus Climate, Executive, Finance, Investments and Technology). Mr. Jerry Crowell serves as the 2010-2011 Board Chairman while Mr. David Smith serves as the vice-chairman. Mrs. Jackie Lewis chairs the Finance Committee, Mr. Cory Collins serves in the same capacity for the Campus Climate Committee, Mr. Dusty Wear chairs the Technology Committee and Mr. Charles Clark chairs the Auxiliary Committee.
Former members of the school's Board of Directors were honored at a special luncheon in the fall. Among those present: William Britton, Gerald Brown, Jack Wilhelm, Glen Jenkins, Robert Huffaker, Grant Wright, Betty Hamblen, Dr. Robert Mann, J. E. Edmond (now 103 years young), Jerry Mitchell and Ralph Foster.
