Board members are selected for seven-year terms. Traditionally, the chair will be in his/her sixth year on the Board and the vice-chair will be serving his/her fifth year. Board members serve on six committees (Auxiliary, Campus Climate, Executive, Finance, Investments and Technology). Mr. Marlon Rutherford serves as the 2012-2013 Board Chairman while Mr. Jeffrey Lawson serves as the 2012-2013 vice-chairman. Mrs. Jackie Lewis chairs the Finance Committee, Mr. Dusty Wear serves in the same capacity for the Campus Climate Committee, Mr. Steve Clark chairs the Technology Committee and Mr. Charles Clark chairs the Auxiliary Committee.
